IT’S NEVER BEEN EASIER TO EARN YOUR 3% COMMISSION!
Just follow these simple steps...*
1) Register your client by completing our Realtor Registration Form, and turn it in to any of our Sales Associates. You can pick one up at our Sales Offices, or it can be faxed or emailed to you. You must register your client on or before their first visit. Registration may be done via phone, fax or email, or personal introduction.
2) Once your client signs a Purchase Agreement, we will process your Realtor Registration Form and your commission will be paid in full at closing or by mail within 2 weeks of closing. (*Some restrictions may apply. See Sales Associate for details.)
