-Your Sales Contract-
Building your new home has never been easier. We have knowledgeable sales specialists who will strive to find the perfect home style and floor plan for you. Once you have decided on the home that is right for you, it is then time to sign your Purchase Agreement. Your Neighborhood Representative will review every detail of your Purchase Agreement with you once you are ready to sign.
-Customizing Your New Home-
Once you decide which home and lot is right for you, we will sit down with you to evaluate all of the available options and upgrades we offer, to make your home uniquely yours. We have a Decor Center, where you can customize your cabinets, lighting fixtures, tile, faucets, carpeting, and so on. You will have the opportunity to meet with our Decor Coordinator who will provide valuable information and assistance in this exciting part of customization.
-Every Home Starts with a Foundation-
Upon finalizing your sales contract and closing on your construction loan, preparations will be made to start pouring the foundation to your new dream home!
-Homeowner Orientation/Walk Through-
Before you sign your final closing documents and pick up your keys, your Site Builder will walk you through your newly constructed home to make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything. This will also be the time for your Site Builder to explain basic operating procedures for the major appliances, go over our service procedures, and answer any questions that you may have. You will have the opportunity to review a checklist and point out any items that may need adjustments.
-Closing Day-
Our Closing Manager will meet with you to sign our standard closing documents and will provide you with all of the appropriate contact information for any post-closing needs or inquiries. You will then be given the keys to your new home!
-60 Day Warranty Appointment-
Sixty days after you’ve taken residency in your new home, a Customer Care representative will contact you to set up your first Warranty appointment. We ask during this sixty day period that you keep a list of items that you may have questions about that may need minor adjustments.
-11 Month Warranty Appointment-
This appointment is just like your sixty day appointment. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied and that everything is running smoothly in your home. Again, a Customer Care representative will contact you to set up an appointment for you.
-10 YEAR WARRANTY-
At Delcor Homes, we are very proud of the workmanship and materials that we build into all of our new homes. We are also so confident of our engineering and proven construction techniques that we are now including a 10-YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY on all of our new homes!
